By placing an order with us on the Pinks and Roses London webpage you are also agreeing to below Terms and Conditions. We pride ourselves on customer service, so please do feel free to contact us for any information you may require that is not in the below Terms and Conditions.
Change your order
If you wish to change your order please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org. Any changes to your order can have an impact on the delivery so please do give us at least 48 hours’ notice. we cannot guarantee changes if we do not have the allocated time to process the changes.
Payment and Order Processing
Payment can be made on our website through our online shop and will be charged when you submit the order. For your order to be processed and delivered on the chosen date you must provide all details requested.
Your order will only be processed when full payment details are given on our payment section provided by Stripe. Your order will be confirmed with a summary page before payment allowing you to check all billing information and shipping details.
When you have submitted payment and completed the process you will receive an order reference Email with all details of your purchase.
Our website has a secure checkout process working alongside a secure a payment method, therefore the easiest way to make your purchase is online.
On some occasions we receive payment failures which restricts us from processing your order. If this occurs, we advise you to call our support team on 07563172000 once you receive a notification that payment has been refused so we can take payment over the phone to ensure your desired delivery slot is still available.
If your product arrives in an unsatisfactory way then please call us on 07563172000 or email us on email@example.com with your comments and our Team will be as responsive as they can to resolve this quickly for you. If the refund is due to a circumstance that are out of our control, we will look to have the item re delivered at a more suitable time circumstances pending. If your product was damaged on the arrival to you, we can offer re- delivery of this chosen product at the next suitable delivery date for you. We ask for evidence of this to confirm to our team by email within 8 hours in its original packaging to firstname.lastname@example.org
Working with our delivery partners we aim to offer the best service. should something become an issue we are happy for any feedback you may have.
Our Hat boxes and bouquets include Gel Balls within the cellophane wrapping. These need to be disposed of straight away when delivered, kept out of reach from pets and children. All flowers need to be kept away from children and pets also.
We work with our delivery partners and ensure our flowers are delivered with care. Should your bouquets arrive in an unsuitable manor we will of course address this and organise for a re-deliver.
Customer and recipient personal details

At the start of the checkout process we ask for a customer email address.
This is used to allow us to see if you already have details saved and have signed up with us and to contact you regarding your order.
At billing point we ask for customer details including full name and address this is used for credit card validation.
At billing point we also ask for customer telephone number to contact you regarding your purchase.
Recipient full name and address is used in order to deliver the order you have purchased. It is important that the recipients address is precise in order to make the delivery successful.
Recipients phone number is vital if we come across an issue with delivery, this is the only use of their telephone number.
We understand that things can change so we offer a policy of 48 hours’ notice to be able to gain a full refund of your item. Orders placed or cancelled on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays may not be able to be refunded due to times.
